By using imaginakira.com or booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide notice as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Session Experience
Session times are scheduled to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered through an online gallery. Turnaround times may vary and will be communicated after your session.

Usage Rights
Clients receive a personal use license for their images. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution without permission is not allowed.

Imagine Akira reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Liability
While we take care to provide a safe and professional experience, Imagine Akira is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss that may occur during sessions.
